Being an artist from the time I could pick up a pencil, I was always searching for something different – the perfect medium with which I could truly express myself. Experimentation in everything from oils to acrylics to raw silk itself, brought me satisfaction and beautiful works but never left me feeling as though I had found “The One”. That changed 3 years ago when I unassumingly signed up for two Modern Batik workshops, given under the tutelage of one of the artistic movement
