The pioneering work of contemporary American artist, Mary Edna Fraser, has been collected and exhibited worldwide. She first had the idea of painting aerial landscapes when she and her brother were flying over the Sea Islands of Georgia in 1980. Her waterfront studio and home is in Charleston, South Carolina.
