Padil Osman was born in the state of Kelantan in 1976. Padil grew up with nature, culture and art. His interest in batik painting came at a very young age, from a boy’s interest in batik to a successful batik artist. What better way to learn about batik than from his roots? He expresses his talents by observing the lush, rich culture of art and batik in Kelantan. His works epitomize the Taste of East Coast (the style of the Malay Kampong).
